Our background
Small team, steady work
Fixpoint Maintenance has served Northern Virginia since 2022. We handle the repairs and routine upkeep that are easy to put off until they turn into bigger, more expensive problems.
Our clients include daycare centers, an HOA, property managers, businesses and homeowners.
We're a small, dedicated team: the owner, two full-time technicians and five part-time technicians. The owner works on jobs as needed.

Standard labor rates are published on this site. Plan and commercial prices are confirmed after a free walkthrough — no obligation.
No fix, no charge
No charge if the item can't be fixed.
Records you can use
Commercial clients receive a completed-work report with photos after each visit.
Workmanship policy
90-day workmanship warranty on labor
Our labor is covered for 90 days. If a repair we made isn't right within that time, we'll come back and correct the workmanship at no labor charge.
