Essential (starting at $45/mo): 4 quarterly visits of up to 2 hours. Standard (starting at $85/mo): 6 visits of up to 3 hours, priority scheduling within 48 hours, 10% off extra labor and gutter cleaning for 1–2 story homes. Premium (starting at $119/mo): 12 monthly visits of up to 2 hours, priority within 24 hours, 15% off extra labor, 10% off emergency service and gutter cleaning.

Materials are billed at cost + 20%, unused hours don't roll over, and paying annually saves 5%. Every plan includes a seasonal maintenance checklist. Listed prices are for a typical home up to 3,000 sq ft; your final price is confirmed after a free walkthrough. See the plans.

Home plans are month-to-month: cancel anytime with 30 days' notice and no cancellation fee. Prepaid annual plans are refunded for unused months, minus the 5% annual discount.

Commercial agreements run 12 months, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Early termination is one month's fee.
