What we handle

Flooring problems we repair

Our flooring work is repair work: fixing the damaged spots so you don't have to replace a whole room. A lifted board or a cracked tile is also a tripping hazard, which matters most in rentals and businesses.

  • Loose or damaged floorboards
  • Cracked or loose tiles
  • Transition strips between rooms and floor types
  • Thresholds at doorways
  • Baseboard and shoe molding along the floor

Tip: tell us the flooring type (hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank or tile) and send a photo. If spare boards or tiles were left from the original install, they make the best match.

Questions

Flooring repair FAQ

What if I don't have spare boards or tiles?

We'll look for the closest available match. With older floors an exact match isn't always possible, and we'll tell you that up front.

Which floor types do you repair?

Hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank and tile. Tell us the type and send a photo so we can confirm before the visit.

Can it be done during a plan visit?

Yes. Small flooring repairs can use your home maintenance plan visit hours.
